Renew your Strength!


But those who wait on the Lord
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint.
Isaiah 40:31 New King James Version (NKJV)


      This verse has been turning around in my heart the past week. I believe the Holy Spirit wanted me to see that "waiting on the Lord" did not necessarily mean sit and wait, but "wait" can and is an action word.
      When I serve the Lord I find a joy and a strength, I did not have before. Waiting/serving is a daily if not constant choice, especially if, you are already weary.
      Then I remembered, that I heard that, when it storms eagles go up above the clouds and soar above the storm. And so "those who wait on[serve] the Lord..." Shall soar above the storms of this life!!!!!!

      Keep your eyes on Jesus! Keep serving Him!

Hello Friends,             I am SO excited to share with you all that I will be leaving for Mozambique, Africa, with my brother. I will be back home by the end of the year. We are going for mission training and to encounter God in a deeper way! Prayers are always very much excepted!      We are going to be going on mini outreaches to the bush where there is no running water and no out houses. I am excited! We are each required to take a personal single person tent and sleeping bag for these mini out reaches! Fathers Day Thank you Dad for serving God by serving our family!!!!      How blessed I have been to have you as my Dad! I really don’t know who I would be if God did not give me to you. I remember once I had a dream I found out I was adopted, I was so mad and when I awoke I was still angry. For I wanted no other Father or Mother.     You had asked God how you could instill a love for Him in your children. And God told you to just love Him.
